The origin of the FIBRAN
casing are hide cattle splits, hardened by hygienically controlled
processes.
Manufactured in two grades: S.1. y N.F.
The quality of theses casings is the result of more than
40 years of experience and constant research.

This casing has been developed
for sausages, chorizos, fuet and all types of fresh, boiled
or cured sausages, in small calibers.
The product is manufactured with a correct level
of humidity and can be therefore used inmediately without soaking.

Does not change the taste

Straight casing, edible, with a natural consistency that
is pleasant to bite into. Adheres well to meat.

The FIBRAN-FILM is used
for foods that contain fatty and that suffer the cooking process,
as mortadellas and all type of cold cuts that take its diverse
forms of molds.
It is also appreciated as bouches for spices like pepper
and paprika, marzipan figures and grated cheese.
The FIBRAN-FILM is presented transparent and colored.

Polyethylene
that doesn't contain preservatives.
Their optic properties, such as the shine and the transparency
they are, due to their half density and to their molecular,
good high weight.
This high weight also provides a high resistance to the
impact.

FIBRAN-PLEX Casings |

Flexible tubular sheet
for the vacuum packaging, co-extruded with the polymers polyethylene
and polyamide. It has been achieved
almost in an ideal way, to combine the properties of the two
materials employees.
The interior layer of polyethylene, serves this way as
barrier against the water vapor and good for welding. The
external layer, of poliamyde, serves as barrier against gases
and aromas.
High mechanical resistance and lends a great protection
against scratches.
