The FIBRAN-FILM is waterproof to
the fats and aromas has very scarce permeability to the vapor of water
and oxygen.
Under an appropriate refrigeration, they stay the aromatic and appetizing
foods during several months.
The FIBRAN-FILM is flexible, but at the same time has a high mechanical
resistance.
The processed meat has a good adherence that avoids the formation
of movies of fatty and jello; nevertheless it is very easy to peel
it.
The FIBRAN-FILM resists high temperatures and it is esterilizable
in water vapor of up to 121 º C. loss of weight doesn't take place
during the cooking, neither during its storage and preserve in all
moment its original size.
As much the transparent one as the colored one are resistant to the
light, being able to close by means of staples, twines or thermal welding.
To present the most attractive sausage, the FIBRAN-FILM can also be
used in the colors target, red, brown and black.
The colored casing protect the sausages against the ultraviolet rays
and they diminish the oxidation of the meat and fat.
