The FIBRAN-PLEX I is
a flexible tubular sheet for the vacuum packaging, co-extruded
with the polymers polyethylene and polyamide. It has been achieved
almost in an ideal way, to combine the properties of the two
materials employees. The interior layer of polyethylene, serves
this way as barrier against the water vapor and good for welding.
The external layer,
of poliamyde, serves as barrier against gases and aromas. He
also has a high mechanical resistance and lends a great protection
against scratches.

The FIBRAN-PLEX I is a flexible tubular

The FIBRAN-PLEX I is suitable for the
one packed of products with contents of fatty and oils.
It is also good for articles that have to be sterilized. Without any
danger we can sterilize with hot vapor of 120-130 ºC, ethylene oxide
and with rays ionizantes (2,5·104 J/kg)..
The FIBRAN-PLEX I is appropriate for packaging of: ham, bacon and
cured panceta, sausages, marinated loins, cheeses, plates precocinados
and instrumental doctor.

| Features |
Once carried out the vacuum packaging,
the secondary welding can be made. So much in a tunnel of heat, like
in a tank of hot water to 90º C, they can be welded the sheets that
are not in contact with the product to each other. In the case of the
faulty weldings or mini-pores, the secondary welding avoids the entrance
of air in the bag. The free areas, welded to each other, avoid the extraction
of the liquid of the fresh meat or of the elaborated meat. This impedes
the increase of microorganisms in the albumin that contains the extracted
juice. Also, it is possible to weld through contamination, as fatty,
oils and powders. These characteristics, added to the high degree of
transparency of the movie, assure a much more attractive presentation
of the
product.
The FIBRAN-PLEX II requires some temperatures of having sealed of about
20º lower C that other material thermowelded. The product is this
way exposed to lower temperatures during the packaging. The secondary
sealing provides bigger security against flights and therefore bigger
protection of the content of the bag. Due to their high resistance to
the perforation and the abrasion, he diminishes the presence of flights,
what diminishes the merchandise returns also.
The bags of FIBRAN-PLEX II are appropriate for:
- Ham, panceta, bacon, cured loin
- Elaborated meat
- Fresh meat
- Frozen and smoky fish
- Cheeses
